"Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life. She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands.
"She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness. She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness. Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her. Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all. Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised. Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates."-Prov. 31:10-13, 26-31.

Hello Mrs. Minick,

You are a beautiful, beautiful woman and I'm sure very smart. As a "First lady" you will be looked at differently, talked about, and even lied on. Hold up your sheild and declare victory in your new role, from work, to marriage, to family to outside personal and business relationships. The enemy will come to steal, kill and destroy so you must be prepared and ready to fight the war. Stay in your Word. Stay in prayer. Your wedding on the Oxygen channel brougt me to tears. Everything looked so beautiful and was done in excellence. You are a stunning woman, just as God made you. But please know that your fear of the Lord shall bring many unto you...Continue to respect others and maintain dignity and keep holding your head up high lady. Be blessed.

my dear lisa im a nigerian who has always followed your stories and career for a while now. at 28 im what you consider a learned and ambitious african lady. u inspire me and i wish to congratulate u on your marraige. be wise sista, cos you now have a crown above your head. he is a black man, so u need to respect him as a wife should. no matter how lilttle his island is, you have become the first lady so do not despice little begingings, but work side by side with him to make your new country the very best. people will be envious but in all things do that which your heart decides and always seek for the advice and directions of your husband. i see somthing really special...not about the glitz, glamour, and money....but about a true bond between your husband and you. he has given you his heart and his country....so do what most first ladies of the world dont do...love and work truthfully for the island....but best of all be yourself and be happy. all my prayers and love...tega in scotland,uk.
