"Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life. She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands."She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness. She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness. Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her. Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all. Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised. Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates."-Prov. 31:10-13, 26-31. Hello Mrs. Minick, You are a beautiful, beautiful woman and I'm sure very smart. Lisa I pray that this man is sincere about being a proper husband to you. You deserve it. But so many of our beautiful black american women have been victimized by folks of caribbean descent that I have to warn you to make sure he didn't marry you to bring black american money to that poor island. The place is so small, 30,000 people, that it is hardly fit to be called a country so don't EVER let anyone convince you he is better than you. Black Americans are the true royalty of the black world. I noticed that he tried to latch onto canada to elevate the status of that country and failed. I hope that his sole intent in marrying you, is not to latch onto hollywood royalty to bring black money to that place. A word from the wise. Enjoy this time in your life but don't forget to Watch your back, watch your money, watch your food, watch your luggage and guard carefully not only your life, but the life of your loved ones. Not everyone values life like we here in America. Don't buy insurance policies or mingle your money. From one American girl to another, I wish you love and peace.

Dear ms lisa you now a mrs. congruts on your marriage.
my dear lisa im a nigerian who has always followed your stories and career for a while now. at 28 im what you consider a learned and ambitious african lady. u inspire me and i wish to congratulate u on your marraige. be wise sista, cos you now have a crown above your head. he is a black man, so u need to respect him as a wife should. no matter how lilttle his island is, you have become the first lady so do not despice little begingings, but work side by side with him to make your new country the very best. people will be envious but in all things do that which your heart decides and always seek for the advice and directions of your husband. i see somthing really special...not about the glitz, glamour, and money....but about a true bond between your husband and you. he has given you his heart and his country....so do what most first ladies of the world dont do...love and work truthfully for the island....but best of all be yourself and be happy. all my prayers and love...tega in scotland,uk.
